Our Manufacturing Process
TPU Material Development
We formulate our own polyether TPU — non-toxic, odorless, hydrolysis-resistant. This is our core competitive advantage.
Drop-Stitch Construction
Over 20,000 high-strength polyester fibers per m² connect top and bottom layers, creating a flat, rigid structure when inflated.
High-Frequency Welding
Integrated seam welding eliminates glue points. Every seam is airtight and structurally stronger than the surrounding material.
Quality Control
Every unit undergoes pressure testing, leak detection, and dimensional verification. Third-party certified: REACH, RoHS, CA Prop 65.
