Drop-Stitch Engineering
The structural secret behind a flat, firm sleeping surface
Drop-Stitch construction uses over 20,000 high-strength polyester fibers per square meter, connecting the top and bottom TPU layers. When inflated to 2 PSI, these fibers lock the surfaces apart, creating a flat, rigid, pressure-bearing inflatable structure — unlike traditional air mattresses that bow or sag under load.
